Fruit salad

Especially in summer, when it is hot and you are not so hungry anyway, a fruit salad is a good alternative to a lavish breakfast. And the best thing is, you can use the fruit that you can tolerate and like it. 

Ingredients: 1 portion

  • 1/2 apple further fruit of your choice
  • 2 apricots
  • cream
  • 1-2 dates
  • Chia seeds
  • Agave juice syrup
  • Coconut flakes

Preparation:

Wash the fruit and cut them into small pieces. Mix everything in a bowl and season with agave juice syrup. Put a dash of cream over the salad and sprinkle with coconut flakes and chia seeds.
