How do I combine Histaminikus dietary supplements correctly?

Many customers often ask us whether they can take our nutritional supplements together. We would like to answer this question.

Our Histabalance® nutritional supplement line was developed with great care in cooperation with doctors and therapists. They are specially tailored to the needs of affected person of histamine intolerance in order to give you more well -being. When developing the products, we also made sure that our nutritional supplements either complement each other or build on each other.

We now present our dosage recommendations and possible combinations of the Histabalance® line:

Daily need

  • Basics: 3 x 1 capsule or after meals
  • HISTAPREVENT®: One capsule 1 x a day after a main meal (at a distance to the basics at least 1 hour)

Intestinal build -up / liver structure

  • The bacteria sensitively: take an empty stomach early (if you first take it: sneak in at the beginning and start with ¼ spoon, slowly increase to 2 ml)
  • Flea seed capsules: Take 3 capsules with at least 250 ml of still water every day, 1 hour before a meal (early and at noon)
  • Liver love: 2 x 1 capsule, 10 minutes before the main meals (lunch and evening)
  • L-glutamine complex: 3 x 1 capsule after eating (for further structure, but only after the can of intestinal bacteria is empty)

So the daily schedule could look as follows:

  • The bacteria sensitive: ¼ to 2 ml - 0 - 0
  • Psyllium scale capsules: 3 - 3 - 0
  • Liver love: 0 - 2 - 2

After completing the bacteria, sensitive:

  • L-glutamine complex: 1-1-1

If these dietary supplements are taken, you should choose either basics or Histaprist® to cover the daily needs. If you are very sensitive, then you leave out basics or Histaprevent® for the duration of the cure. 

If necessary:

  • Daofood
  • Stress after: 1 capsule 1 hour before going to bed
