What does "laboratory test" mean?

Our products are checked for your histamine content at regular intervals in an accredited laboratory in order to give you an extra security. In the case of a large part of the food, the histamine content is below the detection limit of 1PPM (= below 1mg per kg). This means that the laboratory test could not be demonstrated by histamine. An accredited laboratory is a laboratory that is checked by a corresponding control point according to strict guidelines and at regular intervals.
