Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Histafix no! Chili con carne
- 250 g of fresh beef meat meat
- 150 g potatoes
- 1/2 white sweet onion or a rod of spring onions (omit with intolerance)
- 50 g carrot
- 150g corn
- 100 g red pepper
- 700 ml of water
Preparation:
Cut the vegetables into 1 cm cubes.
Fry the minced meat crumbly in a little oil.
Add cut vegetables and corn and briefly steam.
NO! Chili con carne add mixture, stir and let a little sweat.
Deglaze with water and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
