The Tipharah is a bright mild bread with a beautiful crispy crumb.
It impresses with her wonderful smell and wonderful taste of oats (gluten -free). Mixed with valuable flax seeds, she gets her typical appearance and thus attracts the whole family to the table for a snack. Tipharah is a balanced favorite bread, especially for children. Rich of fiber, she also really fills them up. The Tipharah fits perfectly with sweetness, but also with hearty snacks.

Tipharah is Hebrew and means: "Sertion, beauty, glory". The gluten -free oatmeal ensures beautiful nails, beautiful hair and one
beautiful skin. We thought that the baking mix really deserves its name. Tipharah is also pronounced "Tifarah".
Where and how is it produced?
The Tipharah is manufactured in our in -house manufactory in Saarland, Germany, bottled and gently packed by the specialist.
We carefully developed the recipe, tested the histamine content and selected high -quality raw materials.
The flours for the Tipharah come from regional and fair cultivation. Our partner mill personally knows many of the farmers and puts on
Long -term partnerships with the growers. This also includes visits in the fields, in which our partner mill can get an idea of the quality and the optimal ripening and harvest time. From the field to the bag, everything can be tracked very transparently.
As soon as the flour arrives, they are lovingly put together in the Histaminikus Manufaktur by hand and mixed in the drum mixer. Our employees with passion ensure that the Tipharah is packed and closed by hand in the bags. Real manual work is still very important at Histaminikus.
