Carota salad

A carrot salad fits almost every opportunity, whether for grilling or as a side dish to a meat dish. This low -histamine carrot salad just tastes delicious. 

Ingredients: 4 portions

  • 4-5 carrots
  • 1/4 BUND Petersilie
  • Lettuce
  • Salt
  • 4 - 5 tablespoons of water
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons of cooking cream
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons of thistle oil

Preparation:
