Ingredients (for 4 glasses):

  • 280 g corn from the can
  • 1 paprika
  • 100 g black rice

For the dressing:

  • 30 ml Verjus Agrest Bio
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable broth


Preparation:

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the vegetables. To do this, put the corn in a sieve and rinse and cut the peppers into fine cubes.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well for the dressing.
  4. After the rice is cooked and cooled, the glasses can be served. Start with the corn and also fill the peppers and black rice in the glass. Press the filling down in between.
  5. Finally, the dressing can be distributed in the glasses.
