Vegetable salad

Here we have a delicious salad that can be prepared super easily.

 

Ingredients (for 2 portions): 

  • 200 g carrot 
  • 150 g beetroot
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of Verjus Agrest organic vinegar
  • Salt

 

Preparation:

  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces with a spiral cutter or grater.
  2. Add olive oil and vinegar.
  3. Season with salt.
