Today we introduce you to Markus. Markus is one of our product testers and thus actively helps develop our delicious products.

"I was stamped as a migraine patient!"
In our first part, Markus tells you about his way to diagnose histamine intolerance and how he has lived with it since then. Due to the symptoms that occur at the time - severe headache and nausea - he is stamped by conventional medicine as a migraine patient. After the time of suffering is getting bigger, Markus decides to find out what makes life so difficult for him ...
The story of Markus:
"I myself have been suffering from HIT for 12 years, with me it shows up with very severe headache and nausea. Through these symptoms, I have long been stamped by conventional medicine as a migraine patient. Tests on food intolerance also showed no problems. According to them, I could eat everything - however, the body's own observations said something completely different. I did not know what was going on over 18 months. This time was really very difficult for me when I think about it, probably the most difficult time in my life. During this time my everyday life consisted almost exclusively of headaches and nausea; These increased intensity during the working week. "
The symptoms made private activities impossible
"To clarify here, my usual weekly course during this time: Monday start into the week, which was usually reasonably bearable because I was recovered from the weekend - office day with many decisions, meetings, etc. were on the plan. On Tuesdays there was already a noticeable deterioration, which continued on Wednesday and on Thursday I usually had problems with the journey. to keep them in the "handle". Private activities after work was no longer possible. On Fridays it was always very excruciating and sometimes not possible to record my work. The week was running at the latest, and the whole weekend I was tied to bed, hardly any food intake or anything else possible. The symptoms usually got better on Sundays, so I was able to work again on Monday and it started all over ... "
After months of martyrdom, my joie de vivre fell
"During this time my private life was put to a very hard test, after months of martyrdom my joie de vivre decreased ...
